Would you ever explore your “why?”

In the mad world known as my mind I am always guessing what’s next?

How to differentiate myself, how to understand clients better, how to bridge the gap between a stranger and a lover.

After six years in the industry, sex work continues to fascinate me. My latest audible listen, “The Erotic Mind” by Jack Morin PhD proves to be educational and enlightening. While I have only just started this book I find chapter one intriguing, it is entitled, “Peak Sexual Experiences”. The mention of his Sexual Excitement Survey struck a cord in a way to possibly connect with future clients.

The survey is rather long— I’d need to condense the questions/options for the sake of time and sanity but I am considering offering this.

How comfortable would you feel answering questions to improve upon your experience?

Can you be honest with yourself?

Can you be honest with me?

Do I seem to be a trust-worthy figure within the community?

Is this part of the survey?!

Ultimately I would have this to be an optional intake form in addition to screening my clients. If you’d like to take the survey on your own you can find it here.

It has been recommended to keep this information to yourself as a way of self exploration. You can later share it with a special someone if you’d like. It’s important to know one’s self and strengthen relationships when you can.
